It is without reservation that our family recommends Morissa Glasgow as a Personal Support Worker and care provider. Her professionalism, competency, dedication, and caring personality were not only apparent from day one, but the trust between her and my parents whom she took care of grew into being a genuine friendship. Both my parents spent their entire careers in health care delivery, my mother as a nurse and my father as a Hematologist, two of my siblings and I have spent part of our careers in healthcare as policy advisor/analysts, and I believe I speak for all that Morissa provides a standard of care beyond what would be expected in the PSW profession; she is organized, keeps an open journal, is communicative, reliable, and provided first-rate care, she improved the quality of life for my parents and that is exactly what we were looking for. Her extra personal touches, whether to run an errand, or to engage in conversations, and her positivity and optimism were very much appreciated, she is and will always be considered a family friend and we feel very fortunate to have found her.

Most importantly Morissa has demonstrated great concern and care for her tasks as a personal support worker. She is respectful and courteous to my mother and our family and has a great ability for explaining homecare procedures.
